Shipping
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Order within 3-5 working days – Malaysia & 10-14 working days – International (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date of the Order submitted by you.
In order to reduce the use of plastic, we decided to reduce the use of bubble wrap from the packing of your goods. This reduces the weight and brings down the shipping cost. In return, it benefits you. The packaging box is designed to protect your goods, so let it serve its purpose. Do not be alarmed by any minor indentations that occur during the shipment. We favour environmental literacy over fancy packaging. Join us to reduce, reuse, and recycle.
Returns
Understandably, customised and personalised items are made uniquely for you, and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Should an item be damaged while it shipped to you from us, ana tomy will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided, and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for ana tomy to process any refund or exchange. Please email to hello@ana-tomy.co.
Please retain your postal receipt until your parcel has arrived safely to us. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
Please bear in mind that we make each item especially for you so we would be very grateful if you avoid purchasing if you are not sure about the item specifications. We will do our best to process returns within 5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) of receipt, and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
