To streamline delivery, we follow a ONE ORDER, ONE SHIPMENT policy. Your order will only be dispatched once every item in your order is ready. If you purchase both designs together, or add ready-stock items to the same order, your order will only be shipped late March 2026.
If you would like to receive your ready-stock items or the Peanuts™️ Flying Ace City Bag as soon as they are available, please place a separate order for each shipment. Shipping fees apply to each order respectively.

When will I receive my package?
That depends on where your order is going. We provide an estimated delivery period on checkout, and we will send a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
You can find your order information on your account page or by searching your email inbox for Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. Please note that we custom-make each and every Ana Tomy product and it will take approximately 1-2 working days from order placement to assemble yours before shipping out.
For local deliveries within Malaysia, it will be 2-3 working days (West Malaysia), or 4-5 working days (East Malaysia). For international orders, the shipping will take 10-14 working days.
If you order a pre-order item, the shipping may take up to 30 business days or more. Products purchased together will ship with the pre-order item when available
Why don’t you ship to P.O. boxes?
Our delivery partners require a full physical address to complete the shipment. They’re unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, so we can’t process orders using one. If a P.O. box address is provided, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Can I pick up my items at an Ana Tomy store?
Yes. If you choose pickup, you’ll select a store for your items during checkout. Not all items are available for pickup. We’ll send you an email when your items are ready for pickup.
What are my payment options?
We accept Apple Pay, most credit and debit cards, and Ana Tomy Gift Cards, as well as select digital wallet and online banking payments.

- Free shipping is applicable to orders delivered within Malaysia only.
- A minimum spend of RM100 (before tax, after any applicable discounts) is required to qualify. Shipping will be automatically waived at checkout. No promo code required.
- This offer applies to standard shipping only. Express or same-day delivery options are not included.
- This offer is valid for online purchases made at ana-tomy.co only. It does not apply to any physical retail locations, third-party platforms, or resellers.
