Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes. You will get an email notification when your order is ready, which takes at least 2 working days to assemble at the studio.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 11:00 AM, Monday through Sunday. Note that tote bag embroidery personalisation is not available for same-day delivery.
How do pre-orders and mixed carts ship?
We follow a one-order, one-shipment policy. Your order will only be dispatched once every item in your cart is ready. If you purchase pre-order items or add ready-stock items together, everything will ship in one single package once the pre-order item is available. If you want ready-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.
How long does delivery take?
We custom-make each Ana Tomy product. Standard assembly takes 1 to 2 working days before shipping out. Local deliveries take 2 to 3 working days for West Malaysia or 4 to 5 working days for East Malaysia, while international shipping takes 10 to 14 working days. Pre-orders may take up to 30 business days or more.
Can I modify or return personalised items?
Double check your details before checking out. Since items are made to order, personalised pieces cannot be modified, exchanged, or returned. All customised orders take 3 to 4 working days for assembling before shipping out.
How are international currencies handled?
We process all orders in MYR. The estimated value in your cart will be converted to MYR at checkout based on the current exchange rate of your preferred payment method. Please review your order before proceeding.
Are taxes and duties covered?
International orders may be subjected to duties and taxes that vary by country, which are to be borne by the recipient.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Our delivery partners require a full physical address and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. box is provided, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
