We’re hiring a Retail Associate—someone who’s more than a salesperson. You’ll be the first and last impression of Ana Tomy in-store—our brand ambassadorstoryteller, and problem solver. You’ll help shape the experience customers remember us by—and how they feel about what we stand for.

This is not your typical retail job—and we’re not your typical team. We’re small, collaborative, and constantly evolving. Roles shift fast, ideas bounce around daily, and feedback (even when it stings) is part of the rhythm. If you’re someone who thrives with clear-cut SOPs and fixed boundaries, this might feel disorienting. But if you get excited by building the plane while flying it—we might be your people.

E-Commerce Associate

We’re hiring an E-Commerce Associate—someone who brings precision, thoughtfulness, and hustle to the unseen engine behind our brand experience in the online world. You’ll be the person who ensures every online order is processed, crafted, and delivered with care—and every behind-the-scenes moment runs smoothly.

Your job isn’t just about moving things from Point A to Point B. It’s about being part of the engine that powers everything our customers don’t see—yet feel, the moment their package arrives. You’ll help us scale smarter, fulfill better, and keep things sharp across fulfilment, logistics, and cross-functional teamwork.

Do I need experience in stationery or design?

Not necessarily. We care more about curiosity, values, and how you think.

Do you offer visa sponsorships?

Not at the moment. But if you already have a valid working visa in Malaysia, we’re open.

Do you hire international candidates?

Yes—as long as you’re legally eligible to work in Malaysia and aligned with our mission.

Can I reapply if I wasn’t selected?

Absolutely. We recommend reapplying after 6 months with an updated application that shows how you’ve grown.
