We’re hiring a Retail Associate, someone who goes beyond the act of selling. You’ll be the first and last impression of Ana Tomy in-store: a brand ambassador, a storyteller, and a steady problem solver. The way you show up will shape how customers remember their time with us and what we stand for.

This isn’t a typical retail role, and we’re not a typical team. We’re small, collaborative, and always evolving. Responsibilities move, ideas are shared openly, and feedback—even the uncomfortable kind—is part of how we grow. If you need rigid SOPs and fixed boundaries, this may feel unfamiliar. But if you’re energised by building, adapting, and making things better as you go, you’ll feel at home here.

Do I need experience in stationery or design?

Not necessarily. We care more about curiosity, values, and how you think.

Do you offer visa sponsorships?

Not at the moment. But if you already have a valid working visa in Malaysia, we’re open.

Do you hire international candidates?

Yes—as long as you’re legally eligible to work in Malaysia and aligned with our mission.

Can I reapply if I wasn’t selected?

Absolutely. We recommend reapplying after 6 months with an updated application that shows how you’ve grown.
