Shipping
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days in Malaysia and 10-14 working days for international shipments (Monday-Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date of your order submission.
To minimise plastic usage and shipping costs, we've reduced bubble wrap in our packaging. Our sturdy boxes are designed to protect your goods, and minor indentations during shipping are normal. We prioritize environmental awareness over fancy packaging. Help us reduce, reuse, and recycle.
Returns
Customised and personalised items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing fault. If your item is damaged during shipping, we'll offer a full refund or exchange. Return postage is covered for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items. Please provide proof of purchase and return items within 14 days to
Duties & Taxes
We're not responsible for duty, import tax, and customs charges. We don't refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If your package is returned undeliverable or unclaimed, it's your responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. Keep your postal receipt until we confirm receipt of your package.
