Customised colours for the Pocket (comes with Stress Pillow) and Strap will be shipped separately as add-ons. You can switch them out to suit different occasions or moods.
If you customise the Pocket and Strap in the same colour as the City Bag, we’ll send a full City Bag along with an extra Pocket and Strap of the same colour.

Our 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues, providing a 1-to-1 exchange or a full refund. This warranty applies only to purchases made through official ana tomy channels, including our retail stores, and ana-tomy.co with valid official receipts with your name on the order.

Setting up your City Bag
➀ Detach the mini pillow from the pocket
➁ Attach the pocket with the snap buttons on all four corners
➂ Attach the mini pillow on the loop at the side of the bag
