Welcome to Ana Tomy Camp—where creativity meets community. This Agreement sets out the full terms and conditions between you (“Camper”, “Affiliate”, “you”) and Ana Tomy Sdn. Bhd. (”Ana Tomy”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Affiliate Commissions

Rate: 10% on selected Ana Tomy products sold via your unique link or code.

Minimum Order: Qualifying orders must total MYR 100 or above (post-discount, pre-shipping).

Currency: Foreign currency orders must match MYR 100 equivalent on the transaction date.

2. Payout Terms

Schedule: Commissions are processed on a 90-day term after a qualifying sale.

Method: Paid via Hyperwallet. You are responsible for linking a valid payout account.

Threshold: Minimum payout is USD 25. Unpaid balances roll over to the next cycle.

3. Audience Benefits (“Your Pack”)

15% off selected Ana Tomy products. One-time use per customer. Not stackable with other promotions, bundles, or discounts.

4. Content Usage & Rights

By participating, you grant Ana Tomy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute any content you produce as part of this program— including images, videos, captions, and other media—for brand marketing and communications across all platforms, digital or otherwise.

5. Brand Guidelines & Conduct

You agree to:

• Promote Ana Tomy honestly and transparently.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., #AnaTomyCamper).
• Not misrepresent Ana Tomy or its employees or its products in any way.
• Avoid controversial or harmful content, including hate speech, nudity, political propaganda, or any content that may harm Ana Tomy’s brand integrity.
• Refrain from using Ana Tomy’s name, logo, or trademarks in domains, advertising, or branding that misleads or impersonates Ana Tomy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include (but are not limited to): policy violations, misrepresentation, inactivity, or unethical conduct.

7. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Ana Tomy makes no guarantees regarding earnings. We are not liable for damages, losses, or legal issues arising from your participation in the program or the content you create.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ana Tomy from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your breach of this Agreement, the content you produce, or any other misuse of the affiliate program.

9. Modifications

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance. Major updates will be communicated via email or our affiliate platform.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with but not limited to, the Malaysian law.
