Part-time Retail Associate is an ana tomy employee who serves as an ana tomy brand ambassador and influencer in our retail store and responsible for the customer experience. As an Part-time Retail Associate, you introduce people to the exciting world of ana tomy, turning curious visitors into loyal customers.

You thrive on interactions with team members as well as with customers. You will discover customers needs and help connect them with the latest products from ana tomy, educate and influence them through our in-store customisation and personalisation experience. You will focus on the customer services, operations, and merchandising of an ana tomy store.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in hands-on artisanal works like assembling the ana tomy notebook, as well as name inscription services on products.
  • Proven experience in customer service, as well as in developing customer loyalty.

Sales & Customer Service

  • Provide consultation by advising the right products to new and existing customers.
  • Play an active role as brand ambassador by inculcating the brand philosophy.
  • To ensure the highest level of service standards, suggestions and alternatives.
  • To ensure every aspect of the customer’s experience is positive and informative.
  • Take a proactive learning approach in understanding best sellers, new arrivals, promotions, product knowledge and all category information.
  • Assist store manager in management and development of the store.
  • Gathering customer request or feedbacks and sharing it with the team.

Who we are looking for:

  • At least 1 year experience of customer service experience.
  • Able to communicate warmly, sincerely and intelligently with customers.
  • Be interested in people and attuned to their needs.
  • Posses a positive and good learning attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
